We are committed to delivering your furniture quickly, safely, and at no shipping cost to you.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
FREE SHIPPING
Liveasy Furniture offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. During peak holiday seasons or severe weather events, delivery times may be extended. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS include a tracking number sent to your email automatically. For tracking issues, please contact us through our website.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase and before the order has shipped. Once a tracking number is assigned, the order cannot be cancelled and is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy. Please contact us by email promptly if cancellation is needed.
STANDARD PARCEL SHIPPING (UPS / FedEx / USPS)
Smaller furniture items and accessories are shipped via ground parcel carriers with a transit time of 3–7 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No signature is required unless specifically requested. If you are unavailable at delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a secure location or leave a re-delivery notice.
FREIGHT SHIPPING (LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS)
Oversized or heavy furniture pieces may be shipped via freight carrier. Standard freight service is curbside delivery — the driver will bring items to the back of the truck, and you are responsible for moving them from the curb into your home. Please have assistance available for heavy deliveries.
For residential freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 2–4 hours). For business addresses, delivery occurs during standard business hours with no advance appointment. Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for large freight trucks.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping fees may apply. Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
