30-Day Return Policy

- Personal Use Only: Products purchased from Liveasy Furniture are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling on any marketplace or platform is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all warranty coverage and return privileges.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please report the issue within 7 days of receipt. Provide clear photos and your order number, and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
- 30-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order ships from our warehouse (as confirmed by carrier tracking). Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.
- Return Condition Requirements: All returned items must be in their original, unassembled condition with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories included. Items must be undamaged and in resalable condition. All returns are inspected upon arrival at our facility. Missing or damaged components may result in deductions from your refund amount.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, minus the original outbound shipping cost, a 20% restocking fee applied to the item price, and any deductions for damage or missing parts found during inspection. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your returned item.
- No Returns After 30 Days: Returns and exchanges are not accepted after the 30-day return window has closed. No exceptions will be made beyond this period.
