Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our warehouse on the U.S. East Coast. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Furniture ships by FedEx, UPS or freight carrier depending on size.

Large items

Sofas, dining sets and other oversized items ship by freight with standard curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and a signature is required at delivery.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If anything is damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right with replacement parts, a replacement or a full refund.

Address changes & cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to change the shipping address or cancel free of charge. After the order has shipped, changes are handled as a return under our Returns & Refunds policy.
