Thank you for shopping with Liveasy Furniture. We are committed to getting your new furniture to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak season volumes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
Freight Shipments
Larger furniture items may be shipped via freight carrier. For freight shipments:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Please inspect all items before signing for delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@liveasyfurniture.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment.
