At Liveasy Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unused condition
- Item is in its original packaging (or comparable packaging that protects the product)
- Item has not been assembled (for furniture requiring assembly)
- All original parts, hardware, and accessories are included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@liveasyfurniture.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different color, size, or style. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a return and specify the item you would like in exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@liveasyfurniture.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos of the damage
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our standard return process.
